"Loved the location, loved the pool, loved the staff! They went above and beyond for my partners birthday which was so lovely! The pool is a great oasis from the city in the day (although is quite shaded which I guess good for some less for others depending on preference). Great value for money, esp with breakfast inc!"

"Free tuk tuk pick up from Giant Ibis bus station was fantastic - waiting for us on arrival with our name and seamless drop off to check in. Great pool and swim up bar - pool towels available by the pool. Large and comfortable bed with a nice balcony. Staff were exceptional - so welcoming and friendly and ready to help with anything. On site restaurant but lots of great local eats within 5-10 minutes (we loved Tevy’s Place). Great location 15 mins walking to Siem Reap Old Market/Pub Street. Easy to book Grab/tour pick up from the street."

"Buffet breakfast left a little to be desired - better options outside (try the Muffin Man!). Shower head over bath in our room had low pressure and temperature fluctuated a lot. Our room was located on the left side of the property and the bar next door could be heard playing loud music in the evening / once into the small hours (could have just been that evening due to local public holiday for water festival though)."

"The hospitality is genuine and sincere. It's a small but well-maintained hotel. Nice pool. Big rooms."

"The first six days, breakfast was really good. There were several breakfast menus to choose from. Then it turned into a buffet, and then it was really bad. The coffee was cold, and dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold or microwaved. It was a shame compared to the first few days."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, even though it was only for two nights. For such a short time, we really enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A special highlight was the massage, the therapists were so kind, and we laughed the whole time. Partly because communication wasn’t always easy, but also because the massage was so good and intense that we couldn’t help laughing instead of crying. The pool area was also great, even though the rain chased us back to our room sooner than we wished. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely come back again!"

"The customer service was fantastic. They arranged a wonderful tuk tuk driver to do the Angkor Wat small tour, Mr Saran Tak (we highly recommend you ask for him!) They also arranged our private transfer to Phnom Penh and the driver was wonderful, he kindly paid for our lunch until we could get to an atm to reimburse him. The hotel is tranquil and atmospheric. It is a 10 minute walk to pub street and the reception was always happy to change our bank notes."
