"Персонал привітний,є кава і капсульна кавова машинка яка не дуже справна але працює , чайник, фен. старий колоритний ліфт , розташування дуже вдале, вид з вікна на італійський дворик,близько до Колізею і прилеглих пам'яток . Місце тихе, окремий, закритий вхід у апартаменти ."

"Не було тапочок, підлога при заселенні була грязна, у ванній немає достатньо місця , при перебуванні декілька днів прибирають номер але рушники не міняють що погано бо місця де їх сушити немає. У апартаментах було вказане ліжко king size, насправді звичайне двомісне , подушки дуже тверді."

"Хороше співвідношення ціна-якість як для Риму. Дуже близько від Колізею,10хв пішки. Близько до головного вокзалу Терміні-20хв пішки. Поруч супермаркет. Через 500м станція метро та автобуса. В номері зручні матраци та подушки,електрочайник,невеличкий холодильник,була навіть кавомашина. У душовій був фен та миючі засоби. Однозначно рекомендувала б і ще раз приїду сюди."

"Вікна апартаментів виходять на дуже шумну дорогу,і навіть із закритими вікнами,балконом чути шум. Дуже брудний балкон,якщо здаєте номер із балконом,то варто було б його прибрати перед заселенням."

"It is a local neighbourhood with many restaurant options and about 30-40 min walk to the trevi fontaine etc and 15 min walk to the collosseum. My ETA was late in the evening and I got clear instructions to self check-in on the day of my arrival. The bed is comfy, the shower pressure is good and I had the room with the balcony where I enjoyed my espresso in the morning. There is an espresso machine and a kettle in the room. The room was clean and the wifi was strong and the hosts were very helpful and polite. It is very good value for money and my best recommendations."

"The hosts of this Guest house are so kind, helpful and understanding people. we had an emergency situation we left our room card at room and it was after midnight that we came back to house, reception was closed so we contacted the hosts and they helped us immediately, also after the check out we kindly asked them if it was possible to leave ours bags there for some time before our flight and they told us that it was no problem at all."

"I mean we were 3 friends, so we booked 1 room because we wanted to be together, for 3 people that room was so small but other than that everything was fine."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but both the room and the bathroom were quite small. If you just need a place to sleep and continue sightseeing, I can recommend it. However, we stayed as a group of three, and there wasn’t much space to move around comfortably. It didn’t bother us too much, because we were focused on having a place to sleep, nothing more. There was no tea in the room, only coffee. Overall, I think the place was clean. Communication with the staff was excellent, and you can leave your backpacks near the reception after check-out. The check-in instructions were simple and easy to understand. Overall, if you need a place to stay overnight, I recommend it. It’s close to the Colosseum and the location is great."

"The location is very good, it takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Termini train and over 10 minutes to reach the Colosseum. The room has complete facilities and is very convenient to book in, but the room is a bit small and the cost-effectiveness is good."

"The room was clean and tidy. The staff were nice and polite. They let us leave our bags after we checked out because our flight was late. The hotel is near the Colosseum and other sights. I recommend it."
