"Готель вартує своїх коштів на 100%. Дуже привітний персонал, локація просто неперевершена (я не знаю, чи змогла б найти готель з настільки гарною локацією за аналогічну суму коштів). Їжа на сніданок смачна і свіжа, ми не шукали інших місць для сніданку, щоб зекономити час. Стильний, сучасний інтерʼєр, у якому приємно проводити час, для мене це немаловажливо. Раджу готель від щирого серця 👏"
"Було трішки холодно в першу ніч, поки не знайшли оптимальну температуру кондиціонера. Але це специфіка старих будинків, напевно)"
"Мені пощастило в день заїзду (четвер) була вечірка у барі і там мене дуже класно привітав персонал. Нажаль у п’ятницю і суботу діджея не було. Ліжка жорсткі але для мене дуже зручні, хороший душ, великий міні бар. Дизайн сучасний і стильний, дуже подобаються кольорова гамма і яскраві акценти. До центру пішки хвилин 10-15. Сніданок трохи замалий але мені вистачило. Персонал уважний і привітний. У ресторані не була, у барі коктейлі по 16€."
"Рум сервіс потребує удосконалення. Прямокутне планування кімнати не дуже сподобалось, через це кімната здається маленькою. Не було діджея у п’ятницю і суботу."

"From the moment we walked in, the receptionists treated us like old friends. Not in that rehearsed hospitality way—actually warm. The room itself? Gorgeous. That perfect blend of modern and cozy where you actually want to hang out, not just sleep. But honestly, it’s the people that made this place special. The breakfast team noticed my daughter loved omelette and made sure there was waiting for her the next morning. Little things. But they add up to something that feels rare these days."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. "To start with, the location is not only excellent (right in the middle of historical Viterbo, walking distance to most things), but you also have parking inside (and space for normal-sized cars too), which can be a life saver when travelling by car. Nice (and very clean) room, and for a very reasonable price (have been to city accommodations half as good for twice the price). Also provided disposable indoor slippers, which is instantly a +1. Lastly, can mention that the owner also has a nearby restaurant (c. 2min walk), called La Chimera, which I can strongly recommend. I do not normally give 10/10 unless very deserving, i.e. going above and beyond, but this place deserves it."

"The decor was out of this world! Absolutely stunning place to stay, very luxurious at a great price. The particular suite we stayed had a fantastic jacuzzi bathtub which was a highlight. Also the reviews don't lie, the breakfast is quite the feast!"
