"Due to the nature of the igloo design it was so very cold in the igloo itself, I understand it's the design and the purpose of the igloo to be as see through as possible but it was a shock how cold the room was. Three heaters are provided for warmth but they were pretty ineffective as all the heat is lost out of the igloo. If it wasn't for the heated mattress it would have been a very uncomfortable night sleep. In contrast the entrance hall and bathroom were probably too hot. The main entrance door was difficult to lock from the outside, I called the contact number to ask for advice and my call got cut off but I never received a phone call back which I thought was not great customer service. We managed to lock the door in the end by lifting the door as we turned the key, I mentioned this to the staff who I had to call back so hopefully this issue was addressed for the next guest."
"The view was fantastic, we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. The Igloo was impressively warm and comfy to sleep in. I’m glad we picked the option with the en suite, this made the experience much more convenient and enjoyable."

"Amazing property, I absolutely loved our globe and bathroom. I can’t believe we saw the northern lights from the comfort of our bed with a hot chocolate in hand. Lying down in our globe cuddling whilst the night lit up will be a memory for a lifetime. Thank you for making that dream come true"
