"Eka was such a professional, she was really helpful from the start. Great communication. Answered all my queries clearly, went beyond to help me out with my cash issues. We were surprised with a complimentary floating breakfast, pretty fancy, a lil gimmicky but was a cool experience! Haha. Loved the whole vibe, the view was immaculate, woke up with a view of the mountains, the sounds of nature (first time hearing sounds of Geckos!). The bed was broken off at one part but didn't affect us too much. Location is not far way from everything, pretty near to the beach. Would come back!"

"Staying in the jungle suite was honestly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The setting was unreal — surrounded by lush jungle, peaceful, private, and so relaxing. Waking up to the sounds of nature and falling asleep to the jungle at night felt like something out of a movie. The suite itself was stunning — spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and felt super luxurious while still being connected to nature. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the amenities were top-tier, and every little detail was thought through. Staff were absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Service was quick, genuine, and made the whole stay even better. If you’re looking for a unique, peaceful, luxury escape that feels special and unforgettable, this is it. Couldn’t recommend it more — 10/10, would stay again in a heartbeat"

"An incredibly beautiful oasis in the middle of nature. You completely unwind and find total peace. The staff are exceptionally warm and helpful. The food is phenomenally good, one of the best we had so far. The accommodation, the pool area, and the restaurant are all very beautiful and lovingly designed."

"A beautiful villa with a pool and views of Mount Agung when it's not cloudy. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The villa was very clean, as was the surrounding area. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating."

"The bathtub took ages to fill because the water flow was so slow. Eventually, I gave up and sat in it briefly when it was a quarter full, then got out again. You have to expect it to take more than an hour if you want to use it. The shower pressure also doesn't flow very strongly. That could definitely be improved."

"Very nice and quiet place. It‘s just a few km away from the nice beach and its fancy restaurants and bars. Also a great starting point for snorkeling tours. From here we explored most of the island. Tip: get up early and enjoy the sunrise at the beaches."
