"I had a wonderful time at Satama: the food is good, and the staff are pleasant and very friendly. The only downside is the journey to get there; you really need to have a sturdy car (as a taxi is more expensive). Aside from that, everything is perfect."

"I’ve been to Satama many times and I really love it. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The rooms, the bar, the pool, breakfast is always delicious shutout to the chefs."

"I was there Nov 15-17 unfortunately, paid for my reservation, I got there they told me my reservation wasn’t confirmed because I paid late🙄 how late is too late?? Idfk. Long story short, on top of that they said they couldn’t give me back my money and told me there was no room available🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️.. I had a whole panic attack right then and there, crying and everything before they decided to give me the 2 rooms that I reserved. I don’t wish this on nobody. Hopefully this was the last bad experience I have with Satama."
