"A lovely, quiet, well kept and tidy room close to Split train and bus station and the port. The property was perfect for all I needed for my short stay. The communications with Marko were clear. The check in and check out instructions were easy to follow."

"The room was really lovely and everything I needed for my one night stay. The decor of the room with lovely stone walls, lovely iron bedhead all created a cosy feel. And the bed was SO comfortable"

"The location was excellent, close to the Riva (promenade) , ferries, buses, castle, cafes and restaurants and two supermarkets plus the outdoor market. Was a bit noisy as cars parked right outside window. Being on street level nowhere to sit except outside the upstairs apartment. Marko and his Dad were great making sure I got from the airport safely which was just as well as wasnt easy to find the apartment. Overall highly recommend."

"This is a very good option for people staying in Split. It is only 10 minutes walk to the Riva ... but outside of "the Palace" ... so not "trendy" in that sense. However, I think it is a really clever place to stay. It is very clean and efficient. There is a nice hotel for breakfast etc right next door. The price is excellent and the family who run the apartments have been doing it for a very long time and are genuine and ethical. I especially enjoyed my transfer from the airport with Marko (I would really recommend paying the Euro35 for the transfer ... makes your arrival so much easier than bus or Uber)."

"Everything was lovely, a comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, the air condition worked well. The best thing was the location, close to the centre and equally close to the beach. Marko and his father were both helpful and informative."
