Given that there are no other places close to the hotel where you can buy food , the hotel restaurant should have more choices of food.

"Very beautifull beach. They are very kindly and they try to help you in your request. The appartment are very big and with view."

"Отель новый, все как на фото и в описании, туалетные принадлежности есть (мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, зубная щетка) , имеются халаты и тапочки, чайник и чашки."

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

"This is such a unique property and what an experience to stay in a Troglodyte home. We were welcomed warmly and thoroughly enjoyed sleeping in the cave like rooms, that were so spacious too. Dinner is available at the guesthouse for a reasonable price considering how much food they gave us too."

The showers in the bathrooms have zero water pressure, it was just a trickle of water unfortunately.

"Сніданок нам достався 1 раз коли було непорозуміння з нашим номером і нам запропонували "вибачення" від готелю. Сніданок був різноманітним та смачним, досить ситним. Нам сподобався. І круасани, і кава. Взагалі все ОК. В номерах всі зручності крім холодильника. Ліжка більш менш зручні хоч і трішки завузькі. В санвузлі - ванна. І це для нас було не зручно, так як чоловік має інвалідність і йому було важко митися. Розташування готелю супер - в 5 хвилинах від центру. Дуже зручно було для пересування."

Номера досить компактні але це ми так зрозуміли - взагалі такі приміщення в Нідерландах майже скрізь) Після турецьких готелей нам було тіснувато) В номерах немає холодильників взагалі. І навіть нам відмовили коли ми попросили продукти покласти в якийсь загальний холодильник. Ми пригадуємо в тому році як були в Парижі і наші продукти забрали в холодильник, так як теж не було в номерах. Ми були вдячні.

La chambre était trop petite pour un couple.

"Готель розміщений недалеко від автовокзалу, до якого легко дійти пішки. Поряд - хороший супермаркет. Готель популярний серед туристів. Тут безпечно, є стоянка для авто. На території - німецький порядок і чистота. Газони щодня поливають. Можна посидіти під навісом на високому березі з видом на океан, до якого йти 5 хвилин. Доброзичливе обслуговування і господар. Простий сніданок входить в ціну проживання. Можна користуватись кухнею. Вода з крану придатна для пиття. Є вайфай . Прекрасне співвідношення ціна-якість. Рекомендую"

Вдень вайфай може бути відсутнім, але потім з'являється знову - його приходиться перезавантажувати. Кращий сигнал - біля майданчика з видом на океан.

"The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. On hand to answer any questions and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend the breakfast. Lovely views from the balcony, quiet and peaceful location."

"The rooms were large and clean, the location was very convenient. There was a gas station nearby, so you could buy things at any time. The restaurant downstairs had very tasty meals. Don't forget to try the pizzas! The staff was helpful and friendly. Even though it was close to the highway, you couldn't hear any car noises."

Nothing at all it was just the mud on the entrance which was beyond their controll( natural cause)

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

"האתר נמצא בכפר מסעדה, מאתר רואים את גר חרמון. (לצערנו היה סגור) הבקתה הייתה נקייה ויבשה, מיטה זוגית עם ג'קוזי בחדר, ספה נפתחת, אינטרנט, טלוויזיה, מיקרו, מזגן בכל חדר. כל הבקתות אותו דבר עם גלריה למעלה עם 2 מיטות. הבן אהב לשון שם. מגבות החליפו כל יום. בריכה מקורה ומחוממת וסאונה. שחינו כשבחוץ היה +3 מעלות מטבח כללי גדול עם אפשרות לעשות מנגל גם בפנים וגם בחוץ מול נוף המדהים, כמו כן יש גז, אפשר להכין אוכל. בעל הבית מאוד אדיב ונעים, ממש דאג לכל דבר מה שהיינו צריכים. אפשר לקבל ארוחות בוקר בתשלום. עזבנו את המקום עם חוויות טובות. נחזור."

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

"Location. Restaurant and breakfast room. Delicious. Large, spacious room with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was clean. The towels and bedding were clean. The mattresses were comfortable. The kettle was clean. The staff arrived promptly. Everything was fine."

The shower curtain was washed, but it showed signs of wear and tear and needs replacing. That's the only thing

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."

Wifi should have been working. The phone wasn't working.

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable — we slept really well. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. Great value for money and we would happily stay here again."

Lot of stairs to bring down the luggage and carry it back. The train track adjoining the hotel is very annoying and extremely noisy when the train passes through.

"Exceptional service, the staff were very friendly and the room and facilities were great. The institute is doing a great job at training students at the hotel, and the students are doing a great job too - we had some brilliant food! Overall, great value and quality."
