There was nothing at all to fislike

The bathroom - at least in our room - must be defenitely renewed (with a new shower box instead of an old bathtube with plastic curtain)

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

Note that the breakfast is in extra but exquisite !

"Гарне розташування практично в центрі міста. Атмосферний невеликий готель в старій частині міста біля каналу. Поруч є зупинка трамваю , недалеко метро. Супермаркет теж поруч. Номер був просторий. Була кавоварка , чайник. Холодильник відсутній, але є на першому поверсі і при потребі їм можна скористатися. Постіль зручна. Льоду нема і персонал пропонує піти його купити в маркет:) Парковка - 7 хв пішки. Ціна зі знижкою готеля 15 євро за добу у вихідні і 20 євро у робочі дні. Парковка біля готелю - 7,5 євро година . Тому швидко виносиш багаж і їдеш на паркінг:) При виїзді подарували милий сувенір."

"Чудове місце для відпочинку на Сейшельських островах. Наше бунгало було з видом на сад і океан. Це було фантастично. Смачна різноманітна їжа. Дуже привітний персонал, особливо повар. Також на рецепції дівчина допомогла нам розібратися з місцевим транспортом. Все було чудово. Було лише одне, що трохи замутило на початку - коли я бронював готель, то зазначив про більш ранній заїзд о 13:00 (звичайний час 14:00) і нам його погодили. Ми приїхали в готель десь в 12:30, нас зустрів хлопець, який повідомив, що заселення можливе десь через годину, оскільки номер не готовий. Ми почекали до 13:00, я підійшов до нього ще раз і він сказав, що не номер не готовий. Тоді я підійшов до старшого адміністратора і запитав чому наш номер ще не готовий адже нам погодили ранній заїзд. Він подивися в журнал і передзвонив кудись і виявилося, що номер все ж готовий. Не зовсім зрозуміло чому так сталося"

"Authentic building, clean and quiet. Quite a backyard of hustle Thamel. Spacious room, stable hot shower, the eco-conscious parts were highlights! The staff were more than helpful! Pitifully we just stayed for 2 nights and missed the yoga class. We had dinner and it was worth trying!"

The location is absolutely perfect - right near Plaza de Armas, making it easy to walk to all the main restaurants, shops, and tour starting points. The high-end restaurant on-site offers excellent food and service, which was very convenient. Having a spa available at the hotel was a wonderful amenity - perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They provided excellent recommendations and assistance with arranging tours."

Honestly, there's nothing to complain about. The hotel delivered on all fronts and provided an exceptional experience throughout our stay.

"Excellent location. ALL the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Near to the American Memorial Park and if you want to book a tour of Saipan, I can recommend Walt at Discover Saipan. He gave me a superb tour of Saipan and Tinian and can collect from the hotel. Delicious dinner in the Terrace restaurant. Several pools and one of them is large enough to swim lengths and is open till late. I wish I could have stayed a bit longer!"

"I had a really great stay here; the staff were friendly and helpful, my room was spacious and very comfortable; the breakfast buffet was tasty and varied and the two restaurants served excellent food. Despite the high quality and fact Kempinski is an international premium brand, the room rates and restaurant prices were very reasonable"

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

Можливість залишити багаж до вечора в день виїзду нам дуже допомогла."

Єдине, що трохи засмутило-то був дуже слабкий тиск води в душі.

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

Prices are very high, but the normal for French Guyana. Kourou is not a city for pedestrians. So, there is no good location - everything is far for a walk. By car, it is really close to the space center.

Some of the dinner service staff were not particularly professional - demure, inattentive, lacking humour.. Not what you'd expect for such a high class establishment.

"The shuttle bus from the airport was on site when we arrived and very comfortable after the plane ride. Check in was quick and the staff was amazing. Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable."
