"The bed was amazing, i slept well and that was the best part especially being jet lagged. The kids loved the breakfast spread so that was a plus. They really enjoyed their stay, im glad to have booked it and wouls definitely come again and recommend to friends."

Lovely property but needs a little refurbishing. More for the Island’s government to consider: The Island could have better (and cleaner) walking paths between all the resorts, beaches and the Village.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

"Сніданок - дуже добрий, так само як і вечеря: у пятницю ввечері - були фрукти як презент від отелю, дуже приємно і несподівано. ЯЇздила в музеї самостійно; консьерж отелю організував таксі - все ідеально: вартість, яку назвав консьерж, таку і взяв водій, не клянчив чаїові, дочекався, привіз назад. Взагалі дуже привітний і кваліфікований персонал"

У готелі не продають поштові марки: - і за 2 тижні їх в магазин отелю так і не замовили: я питала 17 листопада і потім 29

"It was really cosy and comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and ready to assist. I really enjoyed staying and it felt relaxing. Bathroom is very spacious and beds are comfortable. General room setup is very good offering lot of storage and working space without compromising the mobility."

Hotel was bit far from city center and there is no close local bus stop. However, for people who don't mind bit of walk it is very good. One window couldn't be closed completely but I didn't notice it right away. I am sure staff would come and check it, but it made general feel in room bit more cold than it should be.

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"Досить великий і комфортний номер. Усе чисто. Є своя кухня в номері і маленький холодильник з чайником, тож можна всім цим користуватись. Ми попросили додаткові подушки, заздалегідь, а коли прийшли, то у нас на кожного було по 4 подушки! А в суммі-8! Ми цього не очікували, але це нас дуже потішило. Бо в готелях важко підібрати собі комфортну подушку. В кімнаті просторо, висока стеля, багато повітря. А вночі-тихо. І на вулиці і в самому готелі. Мы дуже задоволені! Доречі, у нас в номері була ванна, тож я навіть встигла прийняти ванну і добре розслабитися. Тож дуже задоволена. Їжа на сніданок теж була різноманітна і смачна."

The AC and the Fridge in our room were not working but immediately we reported, they were fixed.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Please note the hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the main square and public taxis are very few. To get around, you need to have a Mongolian SIM to use the taxi apps, master the bus system, of hitchhike

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

"I was able to book a room just before midnight of the same night (in the app it says 24 hours front desk). When I arrived, the doors were closed. I was able to call and they were able to open the doors after I woke them up and accommodated me but it's quite a surprise if it says 24 hours front desk and then it actually isn't..."

Взагалі, хороше враження від готелю (аутентичність, старі меблі в загальних зонах, навіть скрип полу нам був до души) Нам сподобалось практично все, починаючі від розташування и приємної рецепції, зручного ліжка, теплого номеру... Можливість залишити багаж до вечора в день виїзду нам дуже допомогла."

Єдине, що трохи засмутило-то був дуже слабкий тиск води в душі.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."
