"Good location, within walking distance of town but far from tourist crowds. Full kitchen facilities and equipment for self catering. Many restaurants nearby especially Peanuts restaurant for good local food. Supermarket is nearby. Very friendly hosts! Good overall value for Aruba. There weren't that many guests in the dorm when I stayed so it was almost like having private space."

"It's a cozy hostel with a nice common area, warm shower, enough space everywhere, a small breakfast included, in a nice neighbourhood more relaxed than Old Dhaka, and reasonably close to the metro into the city centre (walkable, or take a rickshaw). It's also close enough to the airport and railway station (by tuktuk or Uber). It has nice restaurants nearby, coffee places and Western fastfood options if you're into that. It is well worth the price of a bed, and probably the only good option in the country if you are a solo traveler/backpacker and you want to meet other travelers. Armin, who manages the Hostel, is a friendly, easy-going guy, and helpful."

The mattresses are a little thin, but to be honest, that was the case in most places in Bangladesh. Don't expect the Hilton when it comes to cleanliness, and you'll be fine.

"Everything. The place is beautiful, super cozy, and very clean. You can really feel the love and attention to detail everywhere. The chill areas are great to relax, and the breakfast was more than decent. Amélie, the owner, is an amazing host – so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Her Auberge is truly a dream."

The only small downside was the location being a bit far from the central bus station, but that’s just a personal preference and didn’t affect the overall great experience.

No curtains on the bed. I also was charged twice for my stay here a long time after I left which was disappointing to see but I did get refunded.

It's self check-in, all information is provided timely and clearly, communication is brilliant and any questions promptly answered. One of the best place to stay ever."

There is nothing not to like. But, as you need a code to enter your room, its probably not a good idea to rush to the toilet in the middle of the night, and forgetting phone with the code in the room 😊 (didn't happen, but could 🤣). Love it here...

"Нереально класний хостел. Ми жили в новому і гарному окремому номері, але там також були і спільні номери. В хостелі є все: сніданки за доп плату 2 Дол з людини на добу, пральна машинка за 1.5 Дол за прання, сушилки, місце для паркування авто, мото і вело транспорту, спільна кухня, на ресепшн продаються сім картки. В нашому номері був свій санвузол, кондиціонер, холодильник, чайник, навіть міні шампунь. Дуже корисний персонал, який допоможе у будь яких питаннях: від таксі по місту до візи в Афганістан. В пішій доступності є багато магазинів і закладів. Дуже якісний Wi-Fi! Цілодобовий ресепшн."

Тільки те, що на четвертий поверх треба було йти сходами, але то не завжди погано!

"Great helpful staff, freshly cleaned room. I arrived earlier than planned and they quickly swept and mopped the room and made up my bed while I waited. Super central location. Showers were hot. Got given a roll of toilet paper on check in which seems like a great solution to previous negative reviews saying toilet paper ran out and wasn't topped up. Great value for money"

There was no common area to hang out in like a lounge or courtyard or kitchen, but even still I made new friends just in my dorm room, in the corridor and in the bathroom while brushing my teeth. Probably not ideal for light sleepers as there is a karaoke bar nearby but I really enjoyed being able to hear all the singing!

A short walk uphill lands you at a central interception from which all directions of pedestrian pathways are possible to explore the city and sights."

Food shops & markets in the district are regionally expensive. The area for basic cold food storage and microwave reheating of food needs a serious update. For the number of guests the refrigerator is way to small. The small microwave does not fit common delivery food packages, or a standard dinner plate for reheating.
