"- minor point : for English speakers not many channels for kids (for the quiet periods in the room), no ability to cast from your phone like some hotels now offer (so you can use your own subscription channels) - very very minor point - clearer was super friendly, but clean looked rush on 1 of our 10 days. Otherwise fine. - be careful, some rooms have very small balconies for a family suit (table and 2 chairs but room for 4)"

"Beautiful location, excellent beach (although many days was wavy). The restaurant personnel (especially the yallos restaurant) was very helpful and polite ! The team that handled the kids club and the sport activities was super good! Very good with the kids, very nice shows at night, all day long activities for all ages ! Great variety at buffet - flexible hours for breakfast & dinner !"

"The cleaning part. The room was not 100% cleaned, a bit mopping and that’s all. We had a lot of ants & mosquitos in the room. One day the room was not cleaned at all … and many times the cleaning team came into the room while we were inside .. The team with the activities consisted of non Greek speaking people . WiFi was not working at all!"

"The breakfast and dinner was really good. There were a variety of food and different restaurants with specific cuisines. I like the big pools and also the hotel looks really nice. The activities for kids were also amazing. The staff was really friendly, helpful and also caring. Their English and German is really good."

"The double bed in our room kept on separating and rolling away. The baby cot we requested was really complex to operate. Also, i wish they had more activities"

"The breakfast would be excellent if it weren't for the drinks: unacceptable. The juices are of inferior quality and the coffee machine is not at the expected level. the wifi is not always working properly and not so easy to access. the airdryer in the room is old and sub standard"

"Huge resort with excellent facilities. 3 pool areas, beach area, tennis court, football facilities, pretty much everything you could possibly need. Food was very good , half board is a massive benefit."

"Very relaxing atmosphere. The resort is very big so no crowded places. The crew is amazing and nice. Private beach. dinner and breakfast had variety of dishes. Pilot beach is the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful vacation."
