"Нам сподобалося буквально все. Готель розташований на самому березі моря, локація чудова, пляж пісочний,відразу при виході з готелю. На території готелю є два басейни, багато розваг, як до дорослих, так і для дітей. Також, звісно, буфет і три ресторани « а ля карт», їжа смачна. Окремо хочеться подякувати персоналу, який працює на рецепції, люди дуже привітні, компетентні і завжди раді допомогти."

"З мінусів- основний бар, вірніше, один із барменів, дуже неприємний чоловік, складається таке враження, що ми прийшли до нього додому без запрошення і щось хочемо. На жаль, через це ми були там всього два рази, хоч там і були розважальні програми, але більше туди заходити нам не хотілося."

"We loved everything about this hotel — the food, the staff, the pools, the beach, the view (sea view room), the sunset and sunrise, the friendly service, and also the location, which is perfect for exploring the southeast of Crete. Our son also liked the playroom, although as parents we see considerable room for improvement here. I also liked the concept of “adult only” zones to ensure some calm moments in a hotel full of children."

"For children who went to the playrooms not to join the kids’ program but simply to play, both playrooms felt somewhat neglected. The toys were broken, incomplete, had no batteries or empty ones, or they were dirty, and this level of wear cannot be explained by just one season of use."

The hotel has become even better compared to last year — you can clearly see that the team is doing everything they can to provide maximum comfort for the guests. A huge thank-you to all the staff for their attention, care, and willingness to help at any moment. A special thank-you to the chefs — the food in the restaurants is truly amazing: always fresh, varied, and delicious. Entertainment, the beach, the rooms — everything is at a high level. "Everything was great and we would stay there again! It is a beautiful hotel by the beach, with excellent swimming pools, especially for the children. The quality of the food was superb, with a huge variety of foods and lots of authentic greek dishes. We have stayed in many all-inclusive hotels, and the food in this one has by far been the best! Another thing that made our stay great was the quality of the guests, which made us feel relaxed and at ease. Finally, the animation team for the kids and the live greek music shows for the adults made our stay really enjoyable for the whole family."

"The food could be significantly improved, as its quality doesn’t match the beauty of the location, the building, or the rooms. Additionally, the food provided for infants contains salt and sugar and appears to be made from frozen ingredients rather than freshly prepared."

"We were disappointed with the almost complete lack of evening entertainment – during our 11-day stay, there were only three shows. It would also be much better to have daily room cleaning; it seems that the current housekeeping staff is not enough to keep up with all the rooms."

"Everything was amazing. The food is incredible a with so much variety everyday (even for vegetarians). There is so much to do for children of all ages. The entertainment staff (Christian and his team) were so wonderful with the kids. My son could not wait to attend the mini disco every night. Truly a beautiful place with a lovely staff."

"The rooms are not very sound proof which can be tough in a hotel with lots of kids. Also we loved the buffet but there are three restaurants on property as well. We visited the seaside restaurant which was great, but the Mexican restaurant was disappointing."

"The food was very tasty, it had a good variety which changed each day. The beach was lovely, and the sea was crystal clear. All staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we would come again."

"The shower had a partial blockage, and the toilet smelled a little of sewage. The cleaners never provided any toilet roll, so we had to keep asking from reception. We could also hear music playing from 7am to 11pm in our room."
