"Wine selection at bar was poor I didn’t drink a glass of wine as not nice despite trying two and complaining and it was £9 per glass . Also staff were disorganised and when I asked was it busier than they thought I was told quieter :( Comms - email said hotel shut for 45 mins after match and questioned to be told it was for traffic .. on arrival it was the road that was shut not the hotel reception .."
