"The apartment has little natural sunlight and the water temperature can be frustrating at times with either icy cold, or boiling hot water. These were minor inconveniences; you’re anyway going to be out enjoying the beauty of Paris :)"

"It has a very convenient location and the apartment is overall spacious. Owner was responsive and building felt overall safe."

"Some of the furniture need a bit of a renovation because they look destroyed or like the wood cover has been ripped. Also deposit, outside of booking was requested which felt a bit unsafe to me as it has never happened before to my trips to Paris, but it was processed normally and money was returned fast after my checkout."

"Location was very good, in a quiet street off Rue Poncelet and walking distance to 2 Metro stations. Owner was responsive and adequate stocking of supplies whenever we required so. The place was warm enough during winter. Check in was very easy and the owner helped us to regarding check-out timing in responsive & friendly manner. Great value for money in this area!"
