"This property was one of the highlights of our 4.5wk trip. Irina (property manager) is prompt on her responses, all check in instructions were easy to follow. It is extremely secure, pristine clean, very well appointed, extremely comfortable beds & wonderful facilities. The stunning view is definitely a highlight. We were able to easily walk into town, there are both sand & pebble beaches just across the road and an amazing bolangerie close by."

"The only improvement I can think of, would be a larger drying rack (or another of the same), as I struggled to fit a full load on the small one that is currently there. When full of washing there was nowhere to hang pool towels and wet swimwear."

"Die Lage am Rande von St. Maxime und nur wenige Meter vom Meer weg, ist optimal. Das Schwimmbad, welches zum Haus gehört, gut gepflegt. Es war sehr ruhig und die Wohnung ist auch gut isoliert und klimatisiert. Der Balkon Richtung Meer hat eine Traumaussicht und ist so gross, dass man gut auch Apéros organisieren kann. Am 14. Juli konnte man zuerst das Feuerwerk in St. Maxime und nachher dasjenige von St. Tropez perfekt sehen. Ganz in der Nähe hat es eine Tankstelle mit einem kleinen Laden, der das Nötigste hat. Etwas weiter weg gibt es Läden, Bäckereien etc. Die Küche ist so eingerichtet, dass man auch zuhause essen kann. Geschirrwaschmaschine und Waschmaschine waren auch sehr praktisch."

"Auf der Strasse zwischen Villa Maxima und Meer gibt es konstant Verkehr. Will man mit dem Auto z.B. nach St. Tropez muss man genug Zeit einrechnen."
