"Unmatched location for staying in Nice! We were there for the Semi-marathon and were so close to the action as well as all of the wonderful restaurants, bars and markets Nice has to offer. There were 5 of us in total and all had plenty of room! Clean, comfortable and a very calm experience. Would book again in a heartbeat!"

"The main bedroom is very noisy - especially on Friday and Saturday nights due to the proximity to the bars & beach. However, I think that is the price you pay for having the most stunning view of the beach & Castel. Items like toilet roll, soap and washing up tablets/liquids were scarce so my recommendation would be to supply more of these / bring your own. The place was incredibly clean however. There is also a €500 deposit to be paid prior to arrival - this is fine, but just a watch out as I was not aware of it beforehand."

"Great location on the seafront & old town! A very spacious property on 3 levels. Ideal for our family of 6 adults. Beds very comfortable & the 2.5 Bathrooms, one with both a Shower & Bath were luxury! The kitchen was very well equipped with many utensils, FF, Oven, microwave, coffee machines, a great kitchen to cook in! The Balcony was lovely to sit out on in the morning & evening to watch the sunrise & set with the backdrop of the sea!"
