"The apartment itself is beautiful, well-located, and the instructions for check-in were very clear and easy to follow, which we really appreciated. The apartment had everything you would need for a comfortable stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, small kitchen area with hob, microwave, kettle, and even a dishwasher, which was a great bonus."

"It’s perfect for 2 people, as the sofa bed is unfortunately quite uncomfortable for sleeping."

"A large, clean, and very comfortable apartment. The two levels are spacious and convenient, and the building has an elevator. The location is excellent and close to everything. Great value for the money."

"There is no lobby in the building, and communicating with support on WhatsApp takes time. Solutions for requests or logistical issues are also slow to arrive."

"Great flat at the perfect location, close to everything, metro station just around the corner, super view from the window. Supermarkets, bars, and good boulangeries are also near. Recommend it if you stay in Paris for a few days and want to explore."

"Beautiful apartment. Remote access via digital keys. Quick and Responsive communication via email. A few issues that were sorted promptly. Ideal location with lots of bars ,restaurants,bakery and supermarkets close by.. Direct access to underground. The area felt very French not tourtisty"

"The location is convenient. Not sure how it is to go to all the tourists spots, but we had a 4 days trip without taking a single time metro. Most of our destinations can be reached under 30 mins walking. And of course, the metro station is like 2 or 3 mins away if you need to take it. You find nice bakery for breakfast and nice restaurants for dinner nearby. The apartment was very clean, too."

"There was the main entrance and middle gate before you reached your room. As everyone knows how safe Paris is... however, the middle gate was 80% of our stay not working. I did inform the facility management, and they say they will l check and fix it... but somehow, it didn't work most of the time. Maybe the gate was left opened by the restaurant people on the ground floor, but no one knows. One of the chairs at the table was broken. It was actually not noticeable at first glance, but when you pull it out before you sit, you will see it. Since we were 3 people with 4 chairs, luckily we don't need to use it for our stay at all, but I hope they will change or repair the chair. We received a message at around 10:20pm that our neighbor complained that we were too loud. We were only 3 girls chit-chatting in the apartment living room. It could be we had many good laughs, but we were neither having a party or playing loud music. So if your group is not too quiet, maybe you need to think about if this apartment is for you, as the house rule was no loud noise after 10pm. Although there are pubs nearby and you can hear all people shouting and talking even after midnight on a Friday night.... anyway, I don't find this point entirely negative. I think it's good for families with small kids that they know they wouldn't have loud neighbors after 10pm."

"The location of the hotel was at walking distance to the market, restaurants and metro station. The Pakistani and Indian restaurants were just two min walking distance."

"The apartments was on 5th floor which was not disclosed to us earlier. One we reached there, they told us the apartment is at 2nd floor but we ended up at 5th floor. The lift was not working so we have carry all our luggage to the fifth floor along with kids."
