"Simply fantastic, a perfect location for a short family break in the sun.. if anything, the reality is better than the pictures.. the apartment has recently been updated and everything needed for 4 guests is on hand, and immaculately clean.. i can recommend without any hesitation at all.. owners responded promptly to all questions, key safe entry was exactly as described.. we should have stayed longer.."

"Apartamento impecable y súper moderno, con todas las comodidades. Camas muy cómodas, aire acondicionado en cada ambiente, cocina completa, lavadora y secadora de ropa. Muy luminoso. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking panoramic view of the Étang, which can be enjoyed from almost every room in the villa. It is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The private spa was an incredible bonus, offering the perfect way to unwind while taking in the serene surroundings. The outdoor terrace is spacious and beautifully furnished, making it an ideal spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect from arrival. Whether looking for a peaceful retreat or a luxurious base to explore the area, this villa is the ideal choice. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I look forward to returning!"
"Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le cadre, la verdure et le calme. Nous étions bien situé et le propriétaire était disponible pour nous conseiller. Petit bémol pour là vmc que l'on entendait là nuit. Le chien était gentil mais nous étions pas au courant qu'il y en avait un. Mon fils en a peur donc il profité pas de l'extérieur seul."

"The location is ideal - peaceful and calm, but an easy walk to a supermarket, bakery and restaurant. A slightly longer walk/short drive to the lake, and only 20 minutes drive (30 minute bus) from Annecy. The apartment was really well equipped with everything we needed. The garden was fantastic.
