"La situation ainsi que la taille du studio sont correct, un peu juste toutefois quand le BZ est ouvert. Celui-ci est confortable tout comme les oreillers, ce qui n’est bon à préciser"

"Il manque de quoi se préparer un café Le réfrigérateur positionné près du lit n’est pas du tout agréable car le moteur est bruyant pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil léger…"

"A pesar que la entrada del edificio está bastante descuidada, el departamento es tal cual las fotos, muy luminoso, cosa que nos encantó, muy limpio y muy agradable. Queda muy cerca de estación de tren , supermercado cosa que se agradece. Y muy fácil de aparcar en la calle, esa zona no tiene restricciones de emisiones para los que llevamos auto."

"The accommodation is compact but perfect for a few days' stay, providing all that's described in as-new condition, and perfectly clean. Even though we had two greyhounds with us there was enough space and we didn't feel crammed. We stayed only for a couple of days during a rather cold blast, but the place felt always toasty. Daria was an excellent host, very helpful and friendly, she made us feel very comfortable and welcome while also responding to all our queries and addressing any issues very promptly. We were also offered some great tasting homemade treats on our arrival, which were very appreciated. The location is very peaceful with lots of picturesque buildings all around. Using the jacuzzi in the early morning hours was super relaxing."

"L'emplacement du logement sa luminosité et sa literie. L'aménagement a été fort apprécié et les pièces sont idéales pour une famille. On reviendra sans hésiter malgré une place de stationnement à trouver mais qui reste au abord du logement."

"We had a fantastic stay with Claude & Valérie, charming hosts with a beautiful property. The room was extremely comfortable & spacious. Perfect location too.... It's about 10 mins walk along the river to the centre of town. Breakfast was delicious and homemade to order. Nothing was too much trouble. Claude is a very interesting man to talk to. We shared lovely conversations about his life, family, work and travels. He gave us lots of recommendations for exploring Saintes and Royan. We hope to move to the area in a few years and Claude helped set us up with a local estate agent (his daughter) who handily spoke fluent English which was incredibly helpful as our French isn't great at the moment. The perfect stay."
