"Квартира чиста, відповідає фотографіям.Є все необхідне. Власник завжди був на зв'язку, дозволив заселитися раніше. В будинку є маленький ліфт. Шум з вулиці не заважав, хоч метро напроти. Поруч багато кафе, гарна набережна. Квартира невелика, для сім'ї з дитиною до 10років достатньо."

"A wide range of facilities, particularly washing machines; you won’t find accommodation with washing machines in the city centre. Another advantage is its proximity to the station; this is all the more true given that Line 6 is such a convenient line to use. Supermarkets: Although it’s a short walk from "Franprix" right near by Paris Auriol, "Carrefour Market" in front of Nationale station has a wider selection and lower prices."

"Please take care when arranging the handover of the keys (=The owner apparently explained it using a drawing or a photograph, but unfortunately I couldn’t view the image on my mobile phone). So that, it is advisable to let the owner know your exact arrival time by the day before, so that you can speak to them by phone upon arrival (As the owner doesn’t live in the neighbourhood, we’ll have to communicate by phone if any problems arise)."

"Everything was great and simple. Near the metro and bus station,market,backery,Seine... Apartment was clean and equipment with all that you need."

"Literally in front of Metro Line 6 Station (Quai de la Gare). Accommodation is relatively secure and facilities available are as published. Having an elevator albeit a tiny one definitely helped!"

"The lavatory was functional but small. 3 square tiles and that's all you get. There were some fruit flies when we checked-in though."

"The location is excellent. We were in Paris mainly for a gig at the Arena and it’s an easy 10 minute walk. When we wanted to explore the city, the metro station is literally right outside the door and the line goes right up to the metro station for the Eiffel Tower. There’s also a small supermarket just opposite, and patisserie just down the road and a restaurant/cafe a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment is very well appointed with all necessities like kitchen items, hair dryer, towels etc."

"We arrived late at night and although we did have instructions on how to access the apartment, it was a little difficult in the dark! There were only a few sheets of toilet paper when we arrived - we bought more. No big deal but not something we should have had to do. The bathroom is very compact! You have to sit on the toilet at an angle as the sink is in the way. Again, not a big deal."

"I have the impression that the windows and doors were not completely air tight, so the apartment may be cold in bad weather"

"There is no one who helps us when we arrive .we could'nt find the adress and open the door. There must have been a person who is responsible for it"
