"They have an interesting key system based on the use of a qr code that you have sent to you on your phone. Works well and enables the guest to access the room without any reception staff. The small discrepancy with the room number was easily resolved by a chat with the restaurant over the road. Breakfast is in the main body of the hotel, is pleasantly served and very good. The nearest place for dinner was the above restaurant which was ok if a little impersonal. The waters of Lake Aydat close by have magical healing properties for the weary and footsore (or so we found)."

"Très sympa avec des enfants car le jardin est clos et il y a un toboggan, cabane et pour les adultes c'est sympa aussi tables, transats ... Le gîte est bien équipé, propre. Situé à proximité de Chambord, Cheverny, Romorantin."

Prior to our visit, the owner was in contact on several occasions to ensure that all the details of our stay were okay to result in enjoyable stay. "The house was more than we expected! It was cozy, with Christmas decorations, all the cooking utensils we needed for the christmas dinner, a very big and relaxing house and even more. The host was more than eager to facilitate with everything we needed. And in the end, when we accidentally forgot one backpack, she acted immediately to facilitate the transfer back to Greece."
