"This is an exceptional place to stay. The owners are a young exceptional couple who go out of there way to welcome you and where you can stay for dinner if you wish, which was also delicious. The House has been furnished with the utmost care and thought and and everything including the beds, linen, towels etc., are all of the highest quality."

"Ryan and Agnes were the perfect hosts. The property is stunning, rooms beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds! The attention to detail is unmatched. Breakfast was beautiful and plentiful!!! Ryan took time to explain the local area and even went as far as writing up an itinerary for us. He also went out of his way to book restaurants for us to ensure we enjoyed every minute of our stay. In this instance we visited far more places than we would have otherwise. We thoroughly recommend a stay here!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Ryan and Agnes. The house and rooms are very beautiful with thoughtful touches throughout to make an extremely comfortable stay for guests. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts (great tea😁) and an excellent 5 course evening meal on our first day. The helpful advice from Ryan & Agnes about the local area, Champagne houses and where to cycle etc ensured that we made the most of our time in Ay. Would definitely recommend."

Ryan and Agnes gave us a wonderful welcome — they are such warm hosts and were happy to share the story of their beautiful house, as well as explain the local town and region. They had excellent recommendations for activities and Champagne producers to visit, and were very helpful with practical information about local transport. The town of Aÿ is a beautiful base for exploring the Champagne region, and Ryan and Agnes' house is the perfect place to stay: elegant, quiet, and very comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Breakfast was always asked beforehand from each person what they would like to have. So you received what you exactly wanted. It was high quality, served to the table personally and politely. Dishes were new and stylish. Owners were very friendly and easy to approach and helpful. Hotel was recently renovated and opened in old building, everything and everywhere was clean and bright."
