"The fact that the pool wasn’t working - I was looking forward to a dip! Jacuzzi there, but owner wasn’t in when we came back the following day, so we didn’t know how to use it or if we could. Otherwise a lovely home from home."

All instructions for checking in and living were clear. The owner of the house was always in touch, responded quickly."
