"Very friendly host. We arrived early in the morning and were able to check in already at 9.00. The owner lives on the second floor of the same house and was waiting for us at the gate at exactly 9:00 a.m. We received thorough information about the location of the nearest grocery stores and information on how to take a direct route through the museum garden to the beach. A cozy terrace and there was enough space for three people inside the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, plus a capsule coffee maker and a microwave oven. There was a wide and comfortable bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room that could have accommodated 2 people. On the terrace lived two small turtles :). The apartment is located in a very quiet area, the old town of Nice is about 2 km walking distance. 700m to the sea. We were very satisfied with our accommodation."

"C'est très pratique de faire 150 m depuis la sortie de la gare sncf pour arriver au logement. Et d'autant plus le lendemain matin lorsque j'ai fait 300 m pour aller à la gare routière où j'ai pris la navette pour aller sur mon lieu de travail. La chambre est lumineuse, bien insonorisée comme tout l'appartement. Je me suis fait à manger dans la cuisine où y avait tout. L'hôte est réactif, orienté client, très intéressant. On a bien discuté et sympathisé."
