"Great location with a bus stop in front of the house. Home away from home- perfect little cottage with everything we need and a beautiful terrace with a view. Steps to the beach. Great bathroom and the kitchen was well stocked for our 10 day stay. Mario was a wonderful helpful and friendly host."

"We had a wonderful short stay at La Masa. The garden is lovely and has a beautiful view on the Méditerannée. A two minute walk down from the garden, you have a magnificent little beach. Mario is a very pleasant, respectful and interesting host. We hope to be back one day."

"Nice cozy place. Stunning view. The host is really thoughtful. Upon arrival we found some food in the fridge: butter,milk,beer,juice,some cookies,bread and a wide range of jam. The nearest supermarket is rather far, so it was such a tremendous thing which we didn’t expect. You have to walk to the beach but we knew about it beforehand so it wasn’t a problem."

"Super Lage, sehr schöner Garten auf dem Berg mit einem traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Super netter Gastgeber Mario, der als Künstler so alles zauberhaft eingerichtet hat. Und natürlich einen Superstrand, wo über die Woche fast keiner ist. Schöne kleine Bucht mit einem Zauberblick auf die Felsen und Berge. Traumhaft"

"Man muss ein bisschen sportlich sein und vom Strand zurüch zu kommen. Das Haus befindet sich auf dem Bergfuss und da muss man ca. 300 Meter bergauf gehen, aber mit 6 Min. man schafft es doch :)"

"A cozy bungalow that is great as a base for touring the French Riviera. Has a quiet yard overlooking the sea that is perfect for having breakfast, and a relaxing dinner upon returning at the end of the day. Mario is a delightful host, who had stocked up the kitchen with amenities for a friendly reception. He's there if you need advice on making your stay enjoyable. Another advantage of the location is a bus station right outside the bungalow: you can actually tour the main cities via bus (essential for Monte Carlo -- thanks Mario!). A car is of course useful to reach the small villages, with a parking lot right across the road."

"Mario the proprietor is very friendly, accommodating and accessible. The location is handy for travel between Monaco and Nice. The view from the property is stunning. Breakfast items and a Moka coffee maker are a nice touch. A free parking lot across the street is also useful, though I'd imagine during peak season it might be hard to secure a space, though we had no trouble during our stay."

"The room is really musty with the odor of mildew and could use some serious freshening. We didn't open the windows because there are lots of mosquitoes. Also, the fridge makes a racket every time it runs which impairs continuous sleep. There isn't much counter space available and more hangers in the armoire would be helpful - we largely had to keep our things in our suitcases or else use the furniture as "chairdrobes." This could be solved with some inexpensive small Ikea tables or shelves."
