La Chouette

"Ми подорожували компанією з 5 осіб. Від будинку всі в захваті. Він розташований в старовинному будинку понад річкою поруч з усіма пам'яткамию. В цьому будинку зберігся дух старовини, але всі сучасні зручності в наявності. Ми зупинялися всього на одну ніч, хотілося навіть побути більше. Снідали в будинку, не йшли в кафе, бо дуже атмосферна як кухня, так і вітальня. Для сніданку придбали круасани та іншу випічку в найближчій пекарні. Було дуже смачно. Кава була в наявності."

"В вітальні диван потребує ремонту. Так як нас було 5 осіб, то одній особі потрібно було спати на цьому дивані. Було досить незручно. Це не стосується будинку, а стосується маленьких поселень у Франції. І це не недолік, а стиль життя. Так як ми приїхали досить пізно (затримали літак, довга дорога з аеропорту), то вже всі крамниці та кафе були зачинені. Тому ми залишились без вечері. а також хотілось в такому чудовому місці випити пляшку вина, але на заправках вино не продається, а мимо магазинів ми не проїзджали (вже не хотілось витрачати час). Тому потрібно про це подумати наперед, якщо планується пізній приїзд)))"

"Do yourself a favour and book a stay here. This little house is so beautifully decorated in a simple French style. Everything has been thought of, including extra towels & sheets. We spent 3 weeks here & were sad to leave. We had another couple with us for a week & that also worked easily. Igor was quick to respond to any requests. Highly recommend"

"It wasn’t a problem for us but be aware there are stairs both inside &to walk up to the village. Good for walking off all the cheeses & pastries!"

"This was a perfect house in a gorgeous town. We enjoyed our days exploring local towns, Fontenay Abbaye, Epoisses and the Roman museum. What a fabulous place."

"the house is located near the river and at the feet of the hill, it has a little odor when open the door, open the window is a way to get air ventilated.,but the mosquitos in the river may get into the room. I was bitten by one mosquito but it is OK to have a good sleep."

"We loved the location next to the river with water bubbling all the time in the background. It was also very private but with lots of windows to open. The apartment was well-appointed with all the utensils you could need for self-catering. There was lots of coffee provided and a nice coffee maker and quite a lot of other items in the cupboard such as sugar, olive oil, cacao, salt etc. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space, with 2 bathrooms. It was very convenient to walk around Semur either at river level or a short climb up onto the tower plateau."

"This property would not be for everyone as it is on 3 levels and the stairs are spiral. However, this was not a problem for us."
