"Нажаль були постійні проблеми с вайфаєм. Також не було вказано що готель має парковку, тому ми спочатку знайшли окремий паркінг, де залишили машину, а потім по прибутті в готель дізнались що дарма , бо готель має власну парковку."

"Невеликі, охайні номери. Центральний кондиціонер в спеку це великий плюс. Сніданок - шведський стіл, нормальний вибір. Смачна кава."

"Оплатила двічі за номер. В умовах бронювання було вказано «оплата в приміщенні»,але оплата зтягнулася,як гарантія перебування. Коли приїхала в готель,мені сказали,що я маю заплатити за житло,а гроші,що зписалися з карти booking.com повернуться найближчим часом. Вже пройшло 2 місяці нічого не повернули."

"It was extremely clean, as to he expected only from me expensive hotels. I was impressed and pleased. It is in a very safe location."

"Clean comfortable room with lots of storage shelving, and a safe. Great spacious bathroom and rain shower. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and very fresh. Staff was great with service and cleaning. Friendly staff, bar on hand snacks and pizzas. Location great. 2 tram stops from Gran Centrale station. Easy 10 minute walk to tram stop. Parking on site, secure."

"Only space to lay one suitcase and a little tight around the bed area, unless you are skinny. Had to queue for breakfast, seating quite cramped. Coffee machines couldn't cope with demand. Parking a little chaotic and tight for large cars"

"There were noises during one night, the sound isolation was not the best. The personnel could have been more helpful with the transportation information."
