"We chose this hotel for its location in France as our Santander ferry was cancelled so we had to get to Saint Malo from Santander as quickly as possible. It was very conveniently situated about 5 minutes from the main road. The hotel had everything you could ask for. We were allowed to take our dog into the bar area, which was very pleasant, but we could still order the same food that was available in the restaurant. The food was excellent."

"We might have liked to see some of the town but the weather was atrocious so we stayed in the warm and dry. However, the hotel is situated on an industrial estate so it would have been out of reach on foot if the weather had been better. Nothing to dislike though, and I was welcome to walk our dog in the hotel grounds."

"Very busy due to inclement weather conditions (heavy snow) with many surrounding facilities closed. The staff did really well to provide basic food and drinks and remained good natured and welcoming. Room basic but comfortable and pleasantly warm. Good breakfast."

"Situation excellent for our trip from Sotogrande in Spain to the UK. They welcomed our dogs, and the property was very clean. The young lady at reception when we arrived was very helpful and had a lovely personality. We arrived after 5pm. and she covered reception, the bar, and provided food. She really needed help but her smile was always there."

"The room was a little small but was OK for us. Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but we had our own kettle. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks."
