"Готель розташован недалеко від залізничного вокзалу і історичного центру міста. Поруч на площі є супермаркет. Ми приїхали вранці і нам дозволили залишити багаж в камері схову до заселення. Персонал вразив привітністю і бажанням допомоготи нам- при заселенні нам роздрукували українською мовою поради щодо проживання в отелі. Номер був невеликий, чистий, зручне ліжко, уся сантехніка добре працювала. Сніданки були прості, але голодними не залишитися. В холлі отелю цілий день можна скористатися кофемашиною і мікрохвильовою піччю. Дякуємо персоналу! Ми добре відпочили і подивились не тільки казкове місто Кольмар, а ще автобусом їздили в Реквір і в Егісхайм. Регіональним потягом подорожували в Страсбург. Рекомендуємо Кольмар як базове місто для подорежей в Ельзас."

"The rooms are a great size, very clean and modern. I stayed here when driving from London to Italy as it was a good half way point. 6 months later when driving back to London, I deliberately planned my route to include a stay here again as it was that good. Really a treat to break up a long two day journey. The grounds are lovely, food is great, staff are friendly, it felt really safe (and I had a lot of valuables in my car) and the restaurant is very high quality. All in, amazing value for money."
