"I spent in this accomodation some six nights during my business trip to Côte d'Azur University. This is a typical apartment with everything needed for self-sustained stay. The room was sufficiently spacious and offered more than enough space for one (or even two persons). The cleanliness was good, as was the number and types of everyday items (glasses,plates,cutlery...). The most important home appliance for this part of test was of course a fridge, which was large enough to store a lot of food and drinks. All the equipment looked relatively new, with no significant signs of wear. The apartment also includes a small terrace with a table and chairs. Considering the price,this is very good value for money. It is located some distance from the sea, but it is acceptable (if your primary goal is not sunbathing at the beach:)."

"I spent 4 nights here, and enjoyed myself very much. Magalie was there to meet and greet me, and showed me round, which proved to be perfect for my needs, with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. It was located up a steep hill, about an 8 minute walk from the sea and a number of restaurants. It was very well equipped, fully self-contained, almost brand new, with everything I needed, and indeed more than in similar accommodation I have experienced elsewhere. Above all, it was exceptionally quiet. With a lawn out front where cars can be parked, it was also good to sit out in the evening, with garden furniture (and barbeque) also supplied. The only inconvenience was that the nearest shopping was a little too far for a convenient walk, but Le Treport had all I needed, including a particularly good fish market, open every day, through the day, with parking by the front door."
