"We were greeted with a lovely welcome message from the staff and some sweets to enjoy. The staff were extremely helpful and efficient in responding to emails and helping us organise our stay. We loved our new years eve dinner and were very grateful for their help in booking us a table."

"Our room was short on space, but we only booked a standard room, so if we were to plan another trip I would choose a slightly larger room."

"everything was perfect from a perfect location, super restaurant with amazing food and amazing hotel that was value for money, Pets welcomed everywhere within the hotel and the underground parking was almost underneath the hotel providing you follow the parking instructions, The water bottles were a great idea and most convenient."

"Just one small comment, We stayed in room No,2 and the door between the hotel and outside courtyard needs adjusting because when people use this door it slams shut very loudly, Not too good when you are asleep at 06.00 and somebody happens to go through it."
