"The property is beautiful, we stayed in the suite on the top floor was was really lovely, the lady who was there working all weekend (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, possibly the owner) was so friendly and kind, even though my french is incredibly rusty, the location is perfect, a very short walk to the center, and a straightforward drive from Calais."

"Clos du Bailli was an absolute gem. The house itself is stunning and the refurbishment has been done beautifully — it feels elegant but still warm and welcoming. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated, with a very large bathroom and an excellent shower. The location is perfect, right next to the cathedral and within easy walking distance of restaurants and bars. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding - a generous spread of cheeses, charcuterie, fresh fruit, juices and more, all served in a beautiful room. A genuinely special place to stay in Saint-Omer. We’d absolutely return."

"TV remote wasn't working properly so we couldn't scroll through the channels. I think the batteries needed to be changed so we asked for some new batteries but none were supplied. Not a big deal for us but worth resolving for future guests."
