"Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Private balcony with chairs and a table. Very close to beautiful, long beach. Our room was facing North and was nice and cool despite the heat outside. Large shower room. Spacious room. Sitting area with comfortable armchairs. Access to outdoor swimming pool and spa facilities. Free gym. Most important: fantastic large, firm, comfortable bed!!! Nice ocean view from the restaurant partially obstructed by dunes. Massive Tv set with very limited number of English channels however you don't go there to watch tv. Very good access to shuttle bus to Biarritz town centre."

"Lack of bathrobes and slippers. Understaffed breakfast. Very limited selection of food. Cold or lack of scrambled eggs. Poor selection of bread and baguettes considering it is France! Far away from any shops. Generally the room is quiet unless your neighbour above you ware high heels. Quite expensive taxi considering short distance form the airport or Biarritz town centre. Uber is not cheaper than regular taxi. Possibly even more expensive. I paid 29 Euro from the airport to the hotel on Saturday for a taxi and 33 Euro to the airport for Uber on Tuesday."

"There was rubbish from previous guests in the toilet . Winter bedding in July . Swimming poll closed when we arrived . Had to give my credit card details after paying in advance"

"The door closer of front door of each room is too strong. So if other guests don't hold the door until the end, the mechanism slams the door. It could be pretty noisy during the night."

"The location was great by the beach, we did not use the SPA, but it looked great. We sadly could not book another night as the hotel was full and understandably so. Car Parking was good, short drive to a lively bars/restaurant area on the beach. Beach was lovely."

"I did not like like having to leave after one night, we wanted to stay another night. The second thing I did not like was the white and black room dividers in reception, they confused the walk to the lifts and also made the reception area look like a public library. I would paint them emeral green or a nice navy blue, would look more inviting and less clinical."

"I liked the comfortable room size, the big bed with hard enough mattresses. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The hotel is located close to the beach and there are snack and dining places within the hotel and around."
