"Good location, clean, and comfortable. Budget-friendly."

"The checking, codes, and all that mobile stuff were too complicated and not friendly. Door locks have not always worked. A simple box with a key would be way better than the mobile instructions and electronic lock that did not always work."

"The apartment is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need. It is also very quiet despite being in the heart of Puerto de la Cruz. Very close to the beach. Lovely views from the balcony."

"The mattress is so firm that I found sleeping on it impossible without the extra layers of soft blankets provided."

"I booked this apartment as I couldn't get into the hotel I wanted for the first two nights of my holiday. I loved the apartment so much, I didn't want to leave to go to the posh hotel. I cannot recommend this little gem enough. Great location for local bars and restaurants. The owners had thought of everything - even champagne flutes!! A lovely drink on the balcony (2 to chose from} to watch the world go by. Look at Teide from the front balony to the coast from the back."

"Ubytování je na moc pěkném místě ne tak daleko od centra, z jedné strany je vidět na moře na druhé je krásný pohled na Teide, byt má vše,na krátkodobý i dlouhodobý pobyt, i myčku 🙂,vše probíhalo bezvadně,komunikace rychlá,každý týden nové povlečení,ručníky atd..paní uklízečka skvělá."

"Muy amplio, luminoso y cómodo. La ubicación no puede estar mejor, tiene un parking al lado del apartamento."

"No tenía cortinas en los ventanales de la cocina, con la cual la gente te podía ver desde fuera. La mampara de la ducha necesita un cambio."

"Lo mejor eran las terrazas, pero todo el apartamento era cómodo y funcional. Aunque no tiene parking, hay uno a 6’ andando."

"El método de cierre de la puerta, que no te deja echar vueltas con llave. Además el baño esta un pelín viejito (la puerta de la ducha, el vater roto…) y alguna cosa que fácilmente se mejoraría, como que el dispensador de jabón estaba oxidado. Además encontramos ciertos detalles de falta de limpieza (pelos varios)."

"The apartment was quite spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The interior design was well thought out and matched the photos exactly, which was very pleasant. The neighbourhood was quiet, so it was easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. There were also 24-hour shops not too far away, which was convenient. For parking, we used a large free parking area (Explanada de Santa Teresa) about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. It worked well because we were able to drive close to the building to unload our luggage when we arrived, and later load it back into the car when leaving."

"We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Apartments. It felt cozy and welcoming from the very first moment — like arriving at home or visiting family. Everything was very clean, with beautiful decor, high-quality furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. This region does have mosquitoes, but everything is well thought out — there are mosquito screens on all the windows. We also brought Fenistil with us, just in case. The nearby beach offers stunning sunrises and sunsets. In the early morning, it’s often quite windy — and in general, the region tends to be breezy at times. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. Riumar is also known for its many stray cats, which our children really enjoyed watching. These apartments are the perfect place to relax — the best in Riumar!"

"Appartement très grand avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de magnifiques vacances en famille , vraiment on ne manquait de rien, comme à la maison ( en mieux lol ) , la terrasse est top et la vue magnifique, idéal pour les petits dej en famille . La piscine aussi , calme , toujours à température idéale , peu de monde vraiment c’est un point tres positif ! Les deux salles de bain également . Cuisine + qu’équipé ( machine à laver , lave vaisselle , four etc ) et chambres rien a dire très confortable ."
