"The resort was very clean, with towels provided for both the pool and beach. The staff were friendly, and housekeeping was of good quality. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available — whether you prefer snorkeling or simply resting by the pool. Although the beach is small, the pool areas offer plenty of space to unwind."

"The food could be improved — it seems geared mainly towards Western tastes. I would have appreciated the opportunity to try more local dishes, including vegetarian options. As a vegetarian, I found the choice of cooked dishes quite limited. There was too much meat. Food labelling should also be clearer; I don’t eat meat, so labels (even simple picture codes) would be very helpful. The toilet system needs upgrading, as there was drainage smell, and some shower taps need fixing or replacement. These were inconveniences that we could live with, but if the resort plans to increase prices, these areas must be addressed. Also, ice for drinks often ran out, and it would be great to have more zero-sugar soft drink options. Not everyone drinks alcohol."

The reception guys, in particular, were incredibly helpful, supportive, and super friendly, making the check-in and out process a breeze. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The hotel's facilities are super amazing. "The stay was amazing and the restaurant food was awesome especially chef Ziad Ali who does the pasta. Also Mr. Sayed Hamada in the reception is one of the best staff in the hotel with his continuous smile and warm welcoming. Also the housekeeping was very good especially Ahmed. When a problem happened in the hotel with an electricity shutdown, the hotel general manager Mr. Ahmed Eraky intervened to solve the issue immediately. Also the man who helps in organizing the way from the hotel to the sea on the other side of the road was very helpful and did his job greatly."

Snacks bars are only 3 , one inside lobby, and only one covering all pools area, and one at the beach this one was very good (food and drinks) The snacks times were short alittel bit. Launch time only 2 hours, not good compared to 3 hours breakfast and dinner. It would be great to make some lifejackets available on beach either for rent or for free to make the snorkeling experience much better."
