"Communication with owner was smoth and good. I really appreciate this ❤️ Location is great with the view on island and beautiful see, but if someone prefers city centre, then it is bit further. For my it was great :) Room was really comfortable and clean."

"I loved the appartment, the view was amazing. The neighborhood is safe and pretty quiet. It is very spacious. The owner was very helpful, he even helped us to find a taxi. He also provided coffee, tea and snacks in the apartment, which is a very nice gesture."

"Our stay went well; Fady was very kind: he recommended some places to eat, nearby beaches, and places to spend the evening. The shuttle service is also excellent! The house has everything you need and is about 15 minutes from the city center. The building is still under construction; in fact, on the first floor there are only walls, with no guest rooms ready yet. Fady was helpful at all times; we even asked if we could leave our backpacks for an hour after check-out, and he helped us out without any issues!"

"We arrived before check in time. They helped us to keep our lagguges and let us check in early. The view of the room amazing. Sunrise was also nice to watch from balcony. It was very clean. Location was great. We definitlu recommended to stay if you want to join daily tours."

"The thing we liked was the view from the terrace and the view through the window in the one of the rooms. And beds looked comfortable. The owner allowed us ti stay a bit longer than our check-out time and we are really grateful for that. However place has a big potential but the owner needs to find someone to take care of it properly."

"Cleanliness could be better. Dust was everywhere and shower was full with sand. Drain was fully blocked and water was remaining in the shower after using it. It was 3 of us and we expected to get 2 towels per person but we got only 5. They were different size, shape and colour. Beside that as it was 3 of us there was no enough cutlery. Forks were missing. Inside there are 2 chairs and again. It was 3 of us. Please prepare it accordingly to the number of the guests. As in Egypt tap water is not drinkable, would be great if you would leave a bottle of water (minimum 1L per person) as complimentary for your guests. At least for the first day because market is not that close. Beaches which are close and which are in the vicinity of apartment are not opened. They are just a huge construction place and they are not suitable for sunbathing or swimming."

The location is perfect — quiet and peaceful, and very close to everything I needed. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the essentials (and more!). It truly felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to the owner (Mr.Shady) — extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. Communication was smooth and easy, and every request or question was handled quickly with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' comfort and experience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely book again without hesitation!"
