"Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels , bed was comfy and AC worked well. Location was good too - only a short walk to main bars and restaurants. Stefany (the owner) was incredibly lovely helping me with tickets and tours, even after I moved onto a new destination. Excellent value for money and would definitely stay again."

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and were very helpful if I had questions or concerns. For an additional fee, they have laundry service and bike rental as well. The location of the hostel is very nice as well; it is close to the main restaurants and Main Street of Puerto Ayora (4-5 min walk), but is located in a quieter part of town. In addition, when I asked for recommendations for a tour to a specific site or area of the islands, the staff helped me book the tour and taxi service more or less on the spot. Very helpful and friendly staff, they wanted to make sure I got the most out of my experience."
"Very minor issue but my specific room had a window that had a street light right outside of it. The curtain for that window did not block the light well enough at night and it was still somewhat bright in the room at night."
"La ubicación es muy buena, a dos cuadras del monumento a la tortuga, en pleno centro de Santa Cruz. Enfrente tiene un pequeño mercado y en las cercanías, lugares para comer y tomar algo. La atención de su dueña fue excepcional, ante el más mínimo inconveniente siempre estaba para solucionarlo. Recomiendo este lugar."

"I got the room on the first floor which was very spacious and comfortable. The owner helped with booking tours and choosing restaurants, everything was great. I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Go to Pinzon day trip, it’s a must! and walk to Tortuga bay, it’s a beautiful beach. Las Grietas was less interesting"
