"Lovely hotel! Great rooms (we were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with a pool which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated!). The facilties and and entertainment were also very good and overall the hotel has a really nice atmosphere. Food also a very good standard."

"One of the best hotels I've been in. Highly recommended for families with children. Stuff is very polite and helpful, everything is close, 2 minutes walk to all areas. The grill resturant was excellent!"

"Either you booked the family rooms or you have left with room for 3 only. The extra sofa/ bed fits 1 child only. Sauna is hidden inside the spa - unnoticed. Not accessible to anyone. Even when you book a spa treatment, no one tells you about it. When I asked later to use it, I’ve got an answer that it’s for spa gusts only. 5 of my Familiy members didn’t know or used it as well. Not before, not right after and not later on Jacuzzi is cold temp only. Kids club is great bot only for 2 hours a day - morning or noon. Kids shows/ activities - every night, bit poor, pretty poor. Not as close as at Olympic lagoon. Alcohol - despite local beers - the get you the cheepest possible. I love uzo, but I couldn’t drink it there."

"Amazing holiday experience in an all-inclusive resort that really made an effort to entertain us non-stop for four days. Staff was great, fascilities incredible with a water slide park and lots of food and drinks stations thoughout the premises. Slight and minor negative was the shower water pressure (not enough to spoil the whole experience) Also the spa, which falls under different management, was of very poor standards. We will definately come back next summer. Please fix the shower pressure!!"

"We came with a young family (11 and 7 year old kids). Lovely pools, plenty of deck chairs. The kids loved and spent most of their time at the onsite waterpark. We went half board and the food was fantastic. Different themes daily. The staff were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work."

"The kids club is fine for under 5. But our kids found it a bit boring and were not catered for older kids. The evening entertainment was ok, but could be better."
