"This is a fantastic property in San Jose. Old houses combined into one with green spaces and unique de decor. Breakfast is fabulous in a nice terrace. Friendly staff. Our room was big and overlooking a private garden."

"The daytime receptionist was flamboyant, rude and not helpful. (Though all the other staff were incredibly nice.) Also, it's an older, wooden building, guests should be told about this and asked to be more respectful in terms of noise and music."
