No sound proof and the fact that I had two noisy neighbours guest. If it’s not full you shouldn’t join wall to wall the guests.

Для дітей велика галявина, де можна побігати, є дитячий майданчик. Можна брати собак, єдине, тут є коти. Ми дуже гарно відпочили від міста, перезавантажились і наїлись."

"Great welcome, the owner Pao was very attentive to my needs, brought me to breakfast in town every morning, his wife cooking me food for lunch and/or supper. I was by myself but didn’t feel alone having the family around, and Pao included me in his evenings with his friends. I had my own room with mattress on the ground firm but I find comfortable with a mosquito net. Shared bathroom but very clean toilet. Shower with the bucket with cold water - but invigorating and makes the experience authentic ! Nice setting with greenery. Hammocks to relax."

No WiFi available unfortunately, but I had my own SIM card with lots of gigabytes so it didn’t bother me to use my 5G. Roosters singing in the evening or early in the morning - but you get used to it / or put earplugs and it’s fine! Again it makes you feel in the countryside so it’s part of the experience!

"Це був найімовірніший і найідеальніший відпочинок. Все продумано! ліжко, постільна білизна, подушки та ковдра ідеальні! Кімната простора, ванна кімната велика. В номері була водичка в холодильнику, віно, кава смачна, чай. Сніданок смачний, гаряча випічка і чудові напої. Власники вілли добрі і чуйні, допомагають вирішити різні ваші питання. На віллі є маленька сауна для двох і вона добре допомогла нам розслабитися! Обов’язково повернемося!"

"The home is in great shape and is easily accessible. Check-in and check-out was well laid out in advance. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook meals and store drinks during our stay. Having the AC in the room was a life-saver!"

Some basic kitchen amenities like paper towels and trash bags were not provided or incorrectly sized. Trash bins (inside and outside) were sometimes over-full due to the nature of the shared space.
