"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"We travelled whole night from SA to Mozambique and they didn’t have problem to allow us early check in because the rooms were not occupied. That’s a tick for,they cared about that we have to rest from whole night driving.I also liked it because it attached to the mall with most restaurants and also not far from places of interest"

"The staff was very accommodating, lovely and friendly. Nice breakfast and relaxing seating area (Deli meats, breads, fruits, cereals, coffee, juices etc). Very peaceful as our family was the only one in the 2nd guesthouse where they have a very small restaurant. The 1st house was full, so we cant comment on it. The rooms were very clean, nicely decorated, nice sized comfortable beds/pillows, and clean/big mosquito nets. Recommend accommodation, if you are not interested in hotel rooms. Restaurant was nice to sit down for drinks and music with lovely small garden and small splash pool (not for swimming as its more for abidance)."

"Booking.com did not complete payments to the accommodation and we only found out at the guesthouse. Booking.com failed to inform us of no payment made, even though it appear it was made. We had to withdraw from an ATM and got charged bank withdrawal fees (R400+). Accomm. card machine would not accept our cards. Staff was very apologetic, patient and waited until morning for payment, as we arrived at 6pm and we're exhausted. The restaurant food was nice, limited to adult taste; and no basic selections for kids (however the staff tried to give suggestions and tried to accommodate)."

"Beautiful surroundings, very friendly staff and excellent facilities! The beach is magnificent and an absolute gem. We went for a game drive and the nature is stunning!"

"We booked the deluxe room and assumed we would have a nice sea view. Turns out it was only a room in a house with no view (just the parking lot). Information should be more clear about that. There could be more options for activities like a bush walk or a snorkeling trip to learn more about the sensitivity of the ecosystem of the national park. They did offer us to have a drink and watch the sunset on top of a mountain which was amazing. Unfortunately most of the hotel guests joined as well so the car drive up and down the mountain all the time. The complimentary snacks only lasted for 5mins, so not all guests could enjoy them. It would have been better to offer it more often during the busy times (less people at once)."
