"Everything. We've been before and we really like everything about it. It's such a friendly place and the owner and the couple who oversee the property are so helpful and caring."

There's nothing that we don't like. We love to walk and adore the narrow streets. The location is central but the geography of Bang Tao means that there's always a good walk to get to our favourite places.

"Property well positioned to experience Chobe and day trip to Victoria Falls."

For a family of four it was a bit tight spaced, but not unmanageable. Just for awareness - it is one bedroom and the sleeper couch serves as second bed.

"Really liked the cabin placed on the hillside with all the trees and their colors."

How close the cabins are to each other… Had a big family next to us that was loud out on their deck.

"This is a place where everything works -- gas, electric, water. Enough pots and pans for everyone. We enjoyed the stay. The place was clean, sheets were clean, towels and soap present, and there was working cleaning tools to keep the place clean. The host had thought of everything. The WiFi was superb. And the park outside is well-maintained and enjoyable."

A work desk was missed. Indoor parking not available, but the are is quite safe and secure.

A szárító tiszta rozsda volt, nem tudtam, vagyis nem akartam arra kiteregetni. Egyetlen éles kést sem találtunk, amivel a pékárut elvághattuk volna. A konyhai/nappali rész tele volt szúnyogokkal kora este, amikor megérkeztünk, így, aludni ott nem tudtunk (de az alvás a régi hűtő folyamatosan búgó hangjától is lehetetlen lett volna.) Úgy gondolom, hogy az apartman árához képest ezek olyan apró dolgok, amikre lehetne figyelni.

"We had no one around, we could go to the beach, come back relax to the property, the kids was able to refresh themselves in the private pool, it was perfect!"

Since it was in the mountain there was more ants / mosquitos, but the host had all the equipment needed for us to have an enjoyable stay!

More attention is required to improve cleanliness

"Пляж дуже великий , просторий та чистий . Шезлонги безкоштовні . Великий плюс виходиш з номеру одна хвилина і ти на морі .в номерах кожний день прибирають , міняють рушники . Відпочинок не люксовий, але все на відповідному рівні . Ресторанчик при нормальный. Їздили по всьому Дермі , багато відвідали ресторанів, дійшли до того , що місцевий ресторан по ціні-якості один з кращих . Сніданки входять в ціну проживання."

Сніданки смачні , але маленький вибір варіантів. Зазвичай їли яєшню з колбасками . Деколи офіціанти довго несли замовлення .

"Чудове місце в лісовій зоні. Зручно та затишно в номері. Є окрема кімната для дитини, хоча і маленька. На кухні також є все необхідне. Сауна в номері - зручно."

На рецепції непривітна та втомлена жіночка. Розмовляла з нами, ніби робот, який просто виконує певну функцію

"A wonderful , basic cabin located in the arguably the best location on the island . Surrounded by acres of exotic fruit and native forest beyond. Birdlife is prolific. This is a place to stay for birdwatching with flocks of African grey parrots, kingfishers, egrets .. and so much more to see.. Excellent value meals can be brought to your table daily. Freshly caught fish, local grown fruit and rice. No need to cook . It's good quality and great value. Bring cash for guides and daily, national park entry fees . The beach is amazing ... REALLY"

Ensure you have bought a local sim-card, loaded with data before arriving. Wifi may not work. Also, before arriving, stop at a supermarket and buy sufficient drinking water for your stay. ( 2 litres per person per day minimum ). Bring mosquito spray for your jungle walks and be prepared to rough it .

Нам не повернули завдаток 200€. За тиждень перебування не прибирали. Бак для сміття був переповнений весь час. Рецепція знаходиться досить далеко і знайти іі не просто.

"The beds are extremely comfortable, the check in super easy, the cottage is super cozy, warm and has everything you need for cooking. The location is great, in a secluded spot, absolutely peaceful. We love the dogs, it was a bonus be able to pet and play with them."

Due to my carelessness, I thought the Smyrr cottage had a shower (the photos only show a sink and toilet, but I assumed the shower just wasn't in the photo), so if you're staying longer, you might want to take that into consideration.
