"Чудовий отель в класичному колоніальному стилі. Білосніжна білизна, рушники, косметика вся в наявності. Все продумано до дрібниць, штори блекаут, світло, тепло, меблі, ванна зручна, сантехніка в ідеальному стані. Ліжко зручне, подушка пухова, вже не пам'ятаю, де в отелях не синтетичні подушки. Сніданок традиційно смачний, неквапливий. Яйця , омлет, ковбаски, сири, шинка, овочі фрукти , йогурти, круасани, випічка. Неймовірний напій з манго:) Кава запашна. Персонал ввічливий в уніформі. Отель надіслав квитки на транспорт на час перебування. 7 хв пішки до вокзалу і 6 хв.до набережної. Локація відмінна. Отелю розквіту і зростання, дякую власникам і персоналу за комфорт. Женева неперевершена!"

"Quiet and comfortable and excellent location for train station and exploring Geneva. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. We spent one night when we arrived in Switzerland, then went off to Gstaad for a week and then stayed again at Kipling before catching train next day for early flight. Both women on reception made checking in, out and reserving the room for the second stay seamless and pleasant."

"Location was excellent. Walking distance to everywhere. Train station 5 mins. Restaurants and supermarkets. Lake 8 mins. The room was a good size. Very warm. The most comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was very good with excellent coffee. Good tea and coffee facilities in room with small fridge too."
