The family-run Hotel Post is located in Sargans, a 5-minute walk from the train station. It provides free Wi-Fi and features a restaurant serving Swiss cuisine and a wide range of wines. "Really worth for money. Only 5 min to sargans station. Have ccop and mignalio(convient store) at the station that opens until 11pm. Room was not big but big enough for 3 adults. The breakfast was modest but enough for my family. Will recommendand will stay here again in future."

"We arrived quite late as we had travelled by train from Vienna, a 7 hour journey. Check in was very good and assistance was given to transport luggage to the room whilst we took a late dinner in the very nice restasurant. A very good night sleep and no need for an alarm as the church bells rang at 6am, typical for a predominantly Catholic part of Switzerland"
"Just a little noisy in the early morning - lorry bringing supplies and a bus load of perople arrvinig for a seminar but we can accept that this was partly our choice as we always sleep with an open window."

"Nothing…. But because we had had such a lovely stay here in Sargans we changed our later hotel to the Post in Glarus and it was AWFUL!!! The staff were rude, the room was cold, customer service was worse than rude and the breakfast wasn’t great compared to the 6 other hotels we have stayed in this trip."
