"The hotel is good. Thee room is fine. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. Good breakfast. We enjoy the salmon ☺️."

"This was a last minute booking as we were let down by another place. However, this hotel was very good. It was about 8 minutes on the bus from the station with the bus-stop right outside the door. We were given a card we could use for future free bus travel on arrival. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom - had a bath too. There was no air-conditioning but there was a fan, although we didn't use it. It was quiet at night but we were at the back of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming on reception and we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room after check-out. There was a kettle in reception, not in the room, with tea and coffee. Breakfast had all you would expect from a Swiss continental breakfast. Considering Swiss prices, this was a decent deal and included a breakfast."

"There was no air-conditioning, although we didn't need it for our stay, but there was a plug-in fan. There were no alternative milks at breakfast but I always have my own with me. A kettle in the room would have been nice but realise this is a rarity in most of Europe."

"Very warm welcoming hotel and the room was excellent. Great location and easy to get to/from the centre. Bus Stop is right outside the hotel. Access to Lake Thun is a couple of minutes away on foot. Breakfast selection was great. Overall highly recommended."

"Had a lovely two night stay Staff helpful and friendly Provided with free bus pass from hotel Bus stop right outside 5min ride into town. Public transport very good.. Thun is beautiful, the climb upto the castle is well worth the effort."
