"Although I was only spending nights (2) in the hotel and didn’t have time for breakfast I really enjoyed it. The room is spacious and very clean, the cleaning lady does a fantastic work. Hotel staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Small details like every day a fresh carafe of water, a welcome card and snacks are really lovely. There is a free parking lot for the guests in a underground garage and you can get for free (tourist travel card for trains and buses free of charge) to Basel, which takes about 20 minutes. The train station is located only few minutes from the hotel. I can highly recommend this place!"

"The location was perfect for us because we had business in the same town. The hotel is very beautiful and comfortable, the staff very professional and helpful. Prices for Switzerland are very reasonable. The food in the hotel is at a very high level. I was especially impressed by the dinners. The bed was very comfortable. We also got free public transport for the duration of our stay in the district. "

"Comfy bed, lovely room, everything works well, good wifi, dark at night. They put a welcome package including peanuts and chocolates in the room. It was basically very nice and comfortable."
"They have a frankly deranged system where a webpage on your phone works as key (both to the hotel and your room) and even lift activator. You need to do a full check-in with lots of data to fill in in a link they mail to you, and then after you do that it gives you the webpage that lets you open doors and use the lift. Don’t leave your phone in your room while you take a short walk I guess. I wonder what people without smartphones are supposed to do."
