"Ми заселялися близько 21:00 перед самим Різдвом персонал дуже привітний, заселив швидко. В нас було два номери ( бо ми були з дітьми) з гарним видом на річку. Свіжа та чиста постіль, комфорті ліжка, номера дуже чисті. Сніданок різноманітний, їжа підносилася свіжа хоч людей було не багато. Паркінг безкоштовний біля самого готелю, тільки на рецепшені потрібно взяти листочок та покласти в машину під скло."
"Мінусів ми не знайшли в самому готелі, єдине доїхати до самого готелю який знаходиться в центрі був ще той квест."

"The location is brilliant, in the old town but walking distance from the train and cable car. Great selection of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The room was beautifully clean, the beds comfortable and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Really helpful"

"It was absolutely spotlessly clean - possibly the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. It was conveniently located for the railway station and town centre. I emailed on the evening of arrival that due to a late running train - we may not make by 9pm check-in curfew. I need not have worried - I received an immediate reply that Reception would remain open for a further hour to allow us to arrive and check in. Very helpful and took the stress out of my journey."

"Lovely hotel. Staff were super friendly/helpful at check in and throughout stay. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. Clean room with a comfortable bed, and quality linen. Less than 10 mins walk to station (great for the Bernina Express)."
