"The decoration outside."

First of all please do not rely on the reviews here. The most one I think are fake reviews. This is now the real situation at this so called Nature "hotel". Flies flies flies. Everywhere thousand of flies. Flies in the rooms, flies in the restaurant everywhere you will have the flies. This is an indicator about the bad hygiene in this hotel. I have booked to so called King Room with Mountain view. It sounds very friendly but the reality is totally a horror. The room is very dirty and most issue it is wet and everywhere you see mold. When you enter the room you smell the moldy air. Absolutely unhealthy enviroment. Even the bedding is moldy and wet. The floor is wet. The walls are wet. We have to use hair dryer to have a little bit dry feeling when we sleep. But we could not sleep very well. Very terrible situation. Beside the moldy enviroment the room cleanless is terrible. Everywhere died flies and their feces. Stains on bedding and hairs. The bathroom was so dirty that we have avoided to take a shower. The toilet was not cleaned. The breakfast was consist of only rice and noodle and some unfresh cakes. On the food there are a lot of flies. They have a menu but most ones are not available. So we ate some noodle but was very low quality. Now my frustration. I have paid 1.4mRP for one night. In Indonesia you can stay in a very good 4 star Hotel for this price. I have requested a refund but the owner/staff was very unfriendly and not collaborative. For 200kRP you can stay in Bromo/Tosari in every homestay which is more better than this kind. So dont rely on the pics and reviews. The guys are cheating in a high level. Please be really careful to book this hotel. I have already claimed to booking.com. "Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."

"Дуже гарне розташування прям на дюнах. Важливо, в них є своя безкоштовна парковка. Є свій басейн і також місце де ввечері можна посидіти біля вогнища. Сніданок був базовим. Гарне співвідношення ціна-якість."

"Lovely couple running the yurt camp in the centre of Karakol. Excellent breakfast. Made every effort to ensure we stayed warm as it was the end of September. We were very comfortable!"

"Khulan was super helpful, professional and spoke good English. Her advice and organisation was excellent. It was friendly, relaxing and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Turtle rock was a good hike that took about 4.5hrs there and back, but hiking anywhere in the national park was spectacular. Luckily the weather was sunny and warm. Visiting the Chinggis Khaan Statue on the way from Ulaanbaatar prior to check-in worked well."

The house inside the layout is stunning but very crowded same as kitchen. There has no space for our luggages and things. We love all the things and musical instruments but maybe the house is too small for everything inside.

The cottage was not super clean upon arrival, overly expensive optional 'add ons' (sheets/cleaning fee/equipment rental).

"We made use of the campsite. The food was amazing and we were very happy to make use of the outdoor shower and having our hiking clothes washed. Back on the trail feeling refreshed! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Kind host, willing to help us with anything, large tasty breakfast, clean bathrooms, comfotable tent for sleeping with good isolation (even though it was winter, in tent there was still quite good temperature), nice calm location outside of the main load of tourists, but still close enough to enjoy dunes and everything from Merzouga"

It takes 20 minutes walking to city (still it is better than other tents which are located in sand dunes)

Things were a little disorganised. Wifi only worked near the main restaurant hut.

"The campsite has an astonishing view of the lake Manyara and the national park. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The unique igloos have a pleasant interior atmosphere and are comfortable to sleep in. The campsite is ideally located for visiting the various national parks in the region. The restaurant serves excellent food."

It's hard to say anything negative.

"Pods are great and cozy. Our only complaint is the bed - the mattress was in a bad condition (all bumpy and springs sticking out). But the view of aurora was amazing!"

"Truly friendly staff, everyone was soooo welcoming, we felt over the moon when arrived to this camp...it is one in a lifetime experience...the staff goes over the mile to support you, I wish we stayed for to nights instead of one... we travelled the world but This Camp, its people, food, ambiance, scenery is out of this world... would highly recommend to everyone. Food was much better than in most hotels. Thank u for this experience!"

"Nice campsite at Kolpa river, exactly on the side of the river. There are places for tents and caravans and also mobile homes. View is perfect, I also like the restaurant. Mobile homes are quite small, but okay for a couple of days."

With a little bit of renovations would be great place.

"The property is right on the forest and beach so wonderful forest paths to discover nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving us a lift into town when we were tired after a long day of biking."
