There was not enough space to stay with children. Showers needs renovation. Tents are too close to each other, so during the night you can hear everything.

"Everything from the transfer drive in the lodge 4x4 and boat hop to the island was first class. Our tented accommodation was superb. Loved the outside shower (there is an internal shower). The included game drives and river cruise were fantastic and our guides were friendly and informative. Hippos in the river close by, monkeys in the trees. You really feel you are in the bush. Food, superb. Service, superb. Full stocked mini bar. Seating area around the fire pit, amazing. I could go on all day with positives. Highly recommend 👌"

Having to leave

"Сподобалось буквально все. Починаючи з простого заїзду - нас чекали ключі в номері. Номер в дійсності виглядає значно краще і більш просторим. Номер був абсолютно чистим, дуже зручна кухня і ванна кімната. До міста і супермаркету близько 20 хвилин пішки, але за це ви отримуєте тишу, спів пташок, а якщо пощастить то і можливо зможете побачити оленя. Ціна дуже приємна, особливо після Дубліну 😅 Дякую господарям що ваш глемпінг зробив наш відпочинок дійсно незабутнім!"

"De knusheid van de boomhut, de simpelheid, net alsof je gaat kamperen. Maar dan wel met de luxe van een echt bed en een dak boven je hoofd."

De afstand om naar de badkamer te lopen was snachts in de regen wat ver.

"Great host, with good energy, who picked me up from quay. His accommodation was only 10 minutes away. I slept in a tent with a very good, firm mattress. Not soft. In the afternoon it can be hot in the tent, so this makes it difficult to do a nap. A camping stove is available, so this was very welcomed. Onside a nice relaxing beach, where you can enjoy the water with paddling, just swimming or gaze at the ocean. During the night this area was quiet. Bathroom is near the house and supplies cold and hot water. He knows where to get good food, and cheap transport. A mosquito net may be handy next time. I really recommend this place."

"The hut had a stunning view. The bed was abit small for 2 people to sleep comfortably but we managed. The food from the cafe was great."

The neighbors were playing music very loudly until midnight. It’s still glamping and not a hotel room so it was disturbing but that can always happen when you go camping.

"Переглянувши фото, очікувала трохи більшого. Але вцілому все сподобалось. Спати було приємно, навіть вкрились ковдрою. Зранку дуже світло в наметі- варто брати маску для сну"

Ввечері ресторан не справляється з кількістю відвідувачів, довелось дуже довго чекати Басейн та місце відпочинку біля нього зовсім маленькі, не всім вистачало місця посидіти на шезлонгах

Having to leave

"Gorgeous dome, well equipped. Easy to get to from the centre of Reykjavik by public bus. Easy self check in and information pack. The dome was spotless and nice and warm with the heaters when we arrived. We used the log burner and there was a good supply of wood and fire starters. The bathroom was clean and we weren’t bothered about it not being in the dome. We didn’t use the showers as we only stayed one night. The kitchen facilities were great and we heated up some food we brought with us. The hot tub was amazing and the mini bottle of fizz and the drinks were a great bonus. We drank it whilst watching the northern lights from the hot tub."

The road to get to the lodge was in terrible shape.
